The agreement between you and LoudSup Inc. when using our marketplace.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LoudSup, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Clients and freelancers must be at least 18 years old. One person may not maintain multiple accounts without permission.
3. Marketplace rules
Jobs, proposals, and profiles must be truthful and comply with our Community Guidelines.
Circumventing platform fees by taking payments off-platform during an active contract is prohibited.
4. Payments & escrow
LoudSup facilitates payments between clients and freelancers via milestone escrow. We are not a party to the underlying work agreement.
Fees are disclosed at checkout and in your billing dashboard. Refunds follow our dispute resolution process.
5. Limitation of liability
LoudSup is provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific hiring outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoudSup's liability is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
